At Interdependence Home Care, we pride ourselves on performing vigorous background checks on each of our perspective caregiver’s. A Criminal Background check, Pre-Employment Drug Testing, previous employment and personal reference checks are all done before a caregiver is hired onto our staff. In effort to keep all of our client’s safe in their own homes Random Drug Testing is done throughout the caregiver’s employment with Interdependence Home Care.
Our caregivers dedication to serving the needs of each client is evident in their prompt and consistent attendance. We pay close attention to each of our client’s needs and carefully match each caregiver to their client.
Each caregiver is trained to the client’s individual needs and primary back-up caregiver’s are trained to deliver consistent quality care when necessary. A personal plan of care is created and adapted to our client’s needs. A printed schedule is provided to each client and specific times can be set to repeat daily, weekly and monthly.
